    1500m at 5 km effort. 2 min rec.
    10 by 400m at mile effort. 1 min rec
    1500 m at 5 km effort

    Thursday
    10 by 200m at mile effort. 1 min rec.

    Marathon training
    Tuesday 10 by 5 min tempo/ 10 mile effort. with 1 min rec.
    Thursday 16-20 by 80 seconds. 40 sec recovery jog.
    Sat/sun long run. 2.30
    60 mins easy. 60 mins at marathon effort. 30 mins easy
    In between runs 50-60 mins.
