Tuesday
10min jog warm up
3/4 times 2mins, 90secs, 60sec, 30sec all with a 1min min recovery jog and 5mins jog after each set, 3 times at least and 4 if you can and aiming for slightly longer distances.
Thursday
GOAL MILE if you can
Saturday
10min jog, Threshold pace/Half Marathon 3 by 5mins with 1min jog in between, with 4 by 1min hard 1min easy after, 10min jog cool down
