Marathon training Tues 5 by 1500m 1,3,5 marathon effort 2,4 10 seconds faster
Thurs 10 by 400m with 100m rec. relaxed effort. Feel good.
Sat/sun 60 mins easy and 10km at marathon pace
Other days 30-40mins. Easy or off
Tuesday 4 by 200m/ 200jog relaxed strides 6km at marathon pace 4 by 200m/200 jog rec
Wed off
Thurs 25 min jog 6/8 80 m strides
Fri/sat off or jog 15/20 mins Sunday Marathon
