    5km training
    3 by 1500m faster than 5km pace with 3 min rec
    10km training
    5 by 1500m faster than 10km pace with 2min rec
    Half marathon training
    7 by 1500m at faster than half marathon pace with 90 sec rec

    Session 2
    10 by 200m light turnover
    100m jog.

    Saturday
    Virtual Duathlon
    Sunday
    Long run
    5km-10km 60-70mins easy
    Half marathon 90mins easy
