Session 1 8-10 by 800m at 5km effort with 2 min rec Session 2 Fartlek – 4mins,2 by 2 mins, 4 by 1 min with the same time jog recovery as the effort. So 4 mins hard, 4 mins recovery jog, 2 mins hard ,2mins rec jog
-30 mins easy -60-70 mins easy long run
