    Thursday
    10 by 90 sec with 1 min rec. 5km effort.

    Marathon group
    Tuesday as above
    Thursday 10 by 90 sec 1 min rec at 10km effort
    -long run 75 mins with 6 by 100 m light strides after
    -in between runs 35-40 mins
