    Tuesday
    Hilly paced run
    Thursday
    5 by 1 min hard 1 min rec , 12 mins hard, 3 min rec

    Marathon runners
    – Tues -hilly paced run 30-35 mins
    – Thurs- 2 sets of 5 by 1 min hard, 1 min rec, 12 mins steady/tempo, 3 min rec
    – long run 2-2.10 easy
    In between runs 30 mins easy and 60mins easy
