    Tues- 5 by 5 mins at 5 km effort with 2 min rec.

    Thurs- 12 by 400 m with 90 sec rec. 5 km effort

    Marathon Training
    Tues- 10 by 5 mins with 2 min rec. 10 km effort
    Thurs – 20 by 400m with 1 min rec at 10 km effort

    Long run 2.45 easy
    Other days -80 mins
    And 35 -50mins
