    Tuesday 5 by 5 min tempo. With 1 min rec. after 3/4 mins 5 by 30 sec on 30 sec off. Fast/easy.
    Thursday 10 by 60 sec. 60 recovery. .

    Marathon group.
    Tuesday 12 by 5 mins at tempo effort with 1 min recovery.
    Thursday 20 by 60 sec fast 60 sec easy.
