    Session: 4 by 1500m, (2 times- 1500m at tempo pace , 1 min rec, 1500m at 5km effort, 2.30 rec,
    Thursday
    Session: 2 by 2km at 10km pace, 2 min recovery, 5 by 400m with 100m jog recovery
