    Tues 20 min tempo. 3 min rec. 6 by 200m fast with 200m jog rec
    Thurs 5 by 4mins at 5 km effort. 90 sec rec

    Marathon training. Down week /half marathon race Saturday
    Tuesday 30 min run plus 3km with 2 mins on 1 min easy. Just picking up the pace.
    Thursday 30 mins easy plus 6 by 100m strides.
    Sat 1/2 marathon
    Sun recovery run 80 mins.
