    Tuesday
    -8 by 1km at 10 km effort. 90 sec rec
    Anyone doing Dublin 1/2 Sunday
    8 by 1 km at 1/2 marathon pace. 60 sec rec.
    ( if not and you are doing Dublin marathon 12 by 1km at 1/2 marathon pace)
    Thursday
    -10 by 400 m at 5km effort. 75 sec rec
    ( if doing Dublin marathon and not racing 1/2 at the weekend it’s 20 by 400m with 1 min rec at 10 mile effort )
    -Dublin 1/2 marathon group 35 mins easy plus 8 by 80 m strides

    -long run for Dublin marathon group not racing the 1/2 is 3 hours.
