( if doing Dublin marathon and not racing 1/2 at the weekend it’s 20 by 400m with 1 min rec at 10 mile effort )
-Dublin 1/2 marathon group 35 mins easy plus 8 by 80 m strides
-long run for Dublin marathon group not racing the 1/2 is 3 hours.
