    2 by 3km ( as long as light are on in ucd)
    With 2 min rec. 10 km effort
    Thurs
    4 by 800m with 2.30 rec ,(10km effort ),4 by 600m with 90 sec rec (5km effort) 4 by 400m with 1 min rec ( faster than 5 km effort)

    Marathon group
    Tues 10 by 5mins -half marathon effort Rec 1min.
    Thurs 16 by 2 mins with 1 min rec. 10 km effort
    -50 mins easy
    -45mins easy
    – long run 1.50 mins.
    -6th day optional 35 mins easy
