    4 by 1500m with 2 min rec. 10km effort
    Thurs
    12 by 400m at 10km effort with 1 min rec

    Marathon training
    Tues 6 by 5 mins tempo with 1 min rec

    Thurs if racing 10 miler easy 30mins and 6 by 150m strides. If not racing 16/20 by 400m with 1 min rec. 10km effort

    Sat frank Duffy 10 miler
    Sun 80mins easy. If not raving 2.15 easy
