    1500m at 5km effort, 2 min rec, 3km tempo, 2 min rec, 1500m at 5km effort
    Berlin marathon group the same, the big session of the week is on Thursday

    Thursday
    1600m, 1200m, 800m, 400m all with 3 min rec

    Berlin marathon -3 by 1600m with 400jog rec, 4 by 400m, 100m rec, 2 by 1600m with 400jog rec
