    Session 1
    5-10km plan
    2 by 1km recovery 3mins. 3 by 800m recovery 2mins, 4 by 400m recovery 90 sec. all at slightly faster than 5km pace.

    Half marathon plan
    4 by 1km at 10km pace. 2 mins rec,
    4 by 800m at 5km pace, 2 mins rec
    4 by 400m at 3km pace , 2 min rec

    Session 2
    5km
    10 by 200m fast 200 m jog rec.

    10km- half marathon plan
    2km at 10km pace 2 min jog
    10 by 200m fast 200 m jog rec
    2km at 10km pace.

    -35 mins easy running
    -long run -5-10km plan 60-75mins easy
    Half marathon plan 90 mins
