Workout 1
10 min tempo (half marathon effort) 2 min rec jog 8 by 200m fast 200m easy. If easier to do time just do 30 secs hard 30 secs easy. After tge last recovery go straight into another 10 min tempo effort.
Workout 2
10 by 1 min hills with full jog back down rec.
