Thursday 7 by 1km 90 sec rec. 10 mile effort
Sunday 75 mins easy
Tuesday 20-25 mins at marathon pace. 6-8 by 200m strides.
Thursday 25-30 min jog. 6by 80 m strides.
Sat off or jog 15/20 mins.
