Thursday – a mix of speed work and endurance
Marathon Training
Tuesday – 4km tempo followed by 4 by 400m hills (jog back down recovery) followed by 4km tempo
Thursday – Gary will do a mixture of speed and endurance at the track
Day 3 – 50mins easy
Long run – 1 hour 40mins easy
Bonus day – 35mins easy
