Dublin Marathon group Tuesday 8/10 by 1500m, alternating half marathon/10km pace, recovery 1min/2min
Thursday session – 2km at marathon pace, 90sec rec, 12 by 600m with 1min rec, 10km pace 1km at marathon pace
other Days -40mins easy plus 6 by 80m strides -50mins easy
Long run 26-28km easy
