Workout 1
-Fartlek – 4mins, 3 by 2mins, 5 by 1 min hard all with the same time as effort jog rec. ie- 4 mins hard, 4 mins jog rec etc
Workout 2
-12 by 400m at 10km pace with 60 sec rec or 12 by 80 sec efforts with 1 min rec if not using a gps watch
-30 mins easy
– long run 60-80mins easy
