    Session 1
    6 by 30 sec fast efforts. 30 sec rec. after 2 mins rec then one of the following depending on which distance you are doing on Saturday
    -1km of estimated 5km pace
    -2km of estimated 10km pace
    -5km of estimated 1/2 marathon pace

    -easy 25-30 mins
    -20 mins with 6 by 80 m strides
    – Saturday
    5km/10km/1/2 marathon virtual race
