    Belfast marathon group
    3 weeks to go. Last big week

    4 by 3km at half marathon pace
    With 90 sec rec. 1500m at 10km pace after
    Thursday
    6 by 1600m at 10km pace
    With 2 min rec

    Long run 2.30 with 10 by 20 sec surges thrown in along the way.
    In between run 40-45 mins
