    Tuesday 4 by 1500m 1&3 at 10km effort, 2&4 at 5km effort. Recovery 2 mins

    Thursday 5 by 1km with 90 min rec. 5 km effort

    Marathon training
    Tuesday -16 by 2mins with 1min rec. 10km effort

    Thursday easy 20 mins and 4/6 100m strides

    Saturday Dublin Half Marathon
    Sunday 80 mins easy
    -easy 30 mins if doing another run this week
