Tuesday 5 by 6 mins at 10 km effort with 90 sec rec Thursday 3/4 sets of 3 mins,2mins,1 min. Starting with 5 km effort and getting faster. 90 sec rec
Marathon Tuesday. 10 by 6 mins with 90 sec rec. alternating 10 mile effort and 10 km effort.
Thursday. 6 by 3 mins,2 mins,1 min. All with 1 min rec. 10 km effort. Easy 30 mins beforehand.
Other runs 50-60 mins easy.
Long run 2.30 with 1 hour easy 75 mins at marathon pace. 15 mins easy.
