    Hi

    As you will know, the run gear has arrived. Should you wish to collect your gear, I will be attending swim sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week and will be at West Wood at 6:40am for ten minutes prior to the sessions. I will also be attending the run session in Irishtown on Thursday.

    Please let me know if you are attending any of these sessions and I’ll make sure to bring your package along. Otherwise, drop me a text and we can make alternative arrangements, should the above not suit.
