    Tuesday
    4 by 1500m at 10km pace with 2 min rec

    Thursday
    10 by 400m with 100m jog rec. 5km pace
    Marathon group
    Tuesday
    6 by 1500m loop at half marathon pace with 90 sec rec
    Thursday
    16-20 by 500m with 100m jog rec

    -30 mins easy
    -50 mins easy with 6 by 20 sec strides after.
    -long run 2hours easy

    If doing the 10 mile this weekend that is your long run.
    Tuesday session as above and Thursday is 5 by 400m with 100m jog rec. nice and relaxed.
