This December we are calling on people to get ‘freezin’ for a reason’ and sign up for our festive polar plunge. The ice-cold challenge – which sees plungers take a dip in the Forty Foot – is taking place at the iconic bathing location at midday on December 12th.
This icy plunge is a unique and fun way to raise vital funds to help support athletes with intellectual disabilities. Not only do you get the chance to re-invigorate your body but it’s a great way to kick of your Christmas season as we will have plenty of festive cheer on show!
