    Two groups again this Sunday. Helen will lead the improvers group and Nikki will take the advanced. Both depart 8:30am from Westwood.

    Hopefully another lovely crisp Autumn morning, perfect for a club spin.

    Also, spinning classes start this Wednesday at 7:15pm. Participants must be paid up in advance. Details on the page below:
