Sunday Cycling!!!

Week 1 of the Cycle Induction Course with Casso – Papal Cross, 9.00am

Groups 1, 2 and 3 meet at Westwood at 8.50am for a 9.00am start:

Group 1: 41Km @ avg 22kph.

Group 2: 57Km @ avg 24kph.

Group 3: 62Km @ avg 26kph

If we don’t have a large enough group to split Group 2 and Group 3, we will do the Group 3 route at Group 2 pace – 22kpm. We had a great group last Sunday – lets keep the numbers growing!!
