    Two groups again this Sunday.

    Adam and Noel will lead the improvers on a spin up Stocking Lane and possibly Glencree for coffee.

    Advanced group leader still to be decided but again Wicklow recommended.

    Both groups will leave at 8:30 from Westwood.
