    Club spins are back on this Sunday. Two groups again, unless numbers require a split into 3 groups.

    Beginner group will be led by Dave Hatton and Fintan Phelan on a 40/50km loop to Malahide and perhaps Skerries if enough people want a longer spin.

    Advanced will be led by Gerry Maher on a 70/80km loop to Blessington, taking in Bohernabreena, if road conditions allow.

    All rides leave at 9am from Westwood with the forecast looking cold but sunny so wrap up warm for a spin, a chat and a coffee with your club mates.
