    The weather forecast looks good for Sunday, so let’s get out on the bikes while we can.

    John Lyons will lead group 1 on a 40/50km loop from Westwood.

    I will lead out the other group, on a 70/80km spin to Wicklow. If it’s frosty then we stay low and head to Blessington and back, otherwise we’ll head over Sally Gap. Coffee stop in Enniskerry.

    Meet at 9 at Westwood and for the Wicklow group also meet 9:30 at Yellow House, Rathfarnham, I’ll join you there.

    Wrap up and see you all on Sunday morning.
