    This Sunday, with the Dun Laoghaire swim recce followed by optional 90km bike route spin plus the Skerries Triathlon going on, there will not be an organised club spin from Westwood.

    Instead, if anyone is interested in cycling from Westwood to the 40 Foot and would like to meet at 7:00 at Westwood, to allow for delays along the way, let me know and we’ll ride over together.
