Maria McCambridge’s run sessions for this week are as follows:
Tuesday 7pm, UCD and Clontarf Promenade
(Note that this session will be member-led at Clontarf Promenade. Meet at Sail Sculpture at southern end of the prom)
4 x 1500m, progressively faster by 15/20 seconds (half marathon, 10km, 5km, 3km pace)
Recovery in between progressively 1min, 2 min, 3 min
Thursday 8pm, Irishtown Track
2km tempo run, 90 sec recovery
4 x 800m. 2min30sec recovery
