Athy Triathlon Club in association with swimcyclerun.com are running 3 duathlons over the next 3 months in Narraghmore, South Kildare. I did this duathlon last year and can highly recommend it. It is extremely well organised, the road surface is great, easy to get to and from (its only one hour from Dublin) and they have tea. coffee, scones, cakes after… IMMENSE!
Location: Narraghmore, South Kildare (only 1 hour from Dublin)
Race distance: 3km run, 20km bike, 3km run
Dates: Sunday 15th February, Sunday 15 March and Sunday 12 April
Cost: €25 per race or €60 for all 3. Entries are via runireland.com (http://www.runireland.com/events/atc-narraghmore-duathlon-series)
