Wednesday Easy 90min run
Thursday 10min run then 20mins with 1min pick up 1min jog then 5min easy jog after
Saturday/Sunday 5miles/8km easy, 5miles/8km at goal marathon pace, 5miles/8km easy, 5miles/8km at goal marathon pace continuous run 20miles/ 32km
