10 by 1 min fast 1 min easy
15mins at half marathon pace
Tuesday
1500m loop warm up and cool down with strides and drills before starting
1500m loop at 10km pace 2mins rec
4 by 300m with 1 min rec
1500m loop at 10km pace 2mins rec
4 by 300m with 1 min rec
Thursday
10mins warm up and cool down with strides and drills before starting, plyometrics after the session
4 by 300m with 1min rec, then 3mins at the end of the set
4 by 200 with 1min rec
