Hi all, I really hope everyone is well and the training is getting done. I am looking forward to seeing you all again this Thursday. Home late Tuesday. This is a down week, well slightly, to try and freshen up a bit and hopefully race well this weekend in the half marathon.
Tuesday
1500m loop @ threshold pace,zone 2. 2 min rec
8 by 2mins @ 10km pace with 1min rec jog
1500m loop again @ threshold Pace, zone 2
Wednesday
Easy 45 mins zone 1, level 1
Thursday
30min easy run with 8 by 15 second fast sprint/strides
Saturday/Sunday
Half Marathon – Phoenix park or Charleville
If racing Saturday do an easy 40min jog Sunday and if racing Sunday do another easy 30mins Friday
