Thursday Session (Ringsend/Meet at GAA CarPark / Sean Moore Park (think that is what it is called)
Those that are racing the 10mile in the Phoenix Park Saturday 23rd August
10min Jog and 5 by I min pick ups and 1 min easy jog and then 10mins jog
Those that are not racing and not able to do a 15km time trial Saturday or Sunday
10min jog 3mins steady 3min recovery jog, 2 by 2mins steady with 2min rec jog, 3 by 1min with 1min recovery jog and 10min jog
Day 4
!0mile Race in the Phoenix Park 10am start
or 15km at marathon goal pace
Day 5
50mins easy
if no race or time trial please try and get in a long run over the weekend. 2hours only
