    Tuesday UCD
    1500m loop warm up and cool down and drills and strides before starting
    3km at marathon pace
    4 by 200m fast 200m cruise
    1500m at marathon pace

    Thursday
    20min jog drills and strides
    1km at 10km pace
    5min cool down

    Wed/Fri 30min jog

    Saturday
    15mins jog

    Running Group
    Tuesday
    1500m loop warm up and cool down, drills and strides before starting
    2 by 3km at 10km pace with 3min recovery in between
    4 by 100m fast after
    Thursday
    10min jog warm up and cool down with drills and strides before starting
    4 by 800m with 2min recovery
    1600m (4 laps) with jog the bends and strides the straights
