    Just a reminder to everyone heading to Irishtown Run Session on Thursday 8pm ….. that the Ireland v Germany game is on in Aviva Stadium nearby, kick off is 7.45pm.

    So expect traffic delays in the area and allow extra time. Probably best to avoid coming down along the canal, that is usually at a standstill when there’s a big match on.

    Hope to still see you all make the session !

    Looks like Piranha North could be competing aainst Piranha Tri in next years National Series, and Cawley you’d def love Piranha Wessshhht to make it a threeway!
