As part of a process change request from WW – they will as of tomorrow 7th July be issuing all non WW piranha members swipe cards to gain access past the turnstiles.
Why
Because it will (a) help them control who gains access by working with our membership team and (b) speed up entry process for all as no longer reliant on the reception to open the side gate.
What do I need to do?
If already a WW member – nothing – this does affect you.
If a non WW member who swims in WW – then please ensure you arrive 15 mins early at your next swim and request your card from reception. All fully paid up members based on the membership list as of 30th June will have a card waiting for them.
Please be patient – as at the start it will take time to issue these!
How does it work
The card will allow you access only on swim days as per PTC allocated times approx 15 mins before the scheduled start – allowing you to change.
When does this take effect
Effective as of Friday 7th July – NB get there for 6:45 if swimming!
