Best of luck John. It’s a non wetsuit swim and expected to be over 35 degrees! He certainly hasn’t had the luck of the Irish when it comes to racing Ironman on the continent.

Thanks guys … latest forecast says it will get to 39 degrees when we will (hopefully) be running the marathon. So not a day for a PB, just a day to try to survive and finish !

I just watched him cross the line on the Race TV easily recognised promoting DCT in the white shirt with red logo.

Mega tough day given the non wetsuit swim and temperatures.
