Good Luck to All doing the 10 miler tomorrow….

Good luck to the Piranha Marathon Group who are taking part in tomorrows 10 mile race in the park before they help out at the set up for DCT (obviously)and the boss herself who will be out in front.
We will be out on the road at the garda boat club around mile 8 to push you on. Remember this is the first real test and you need to keep it steady on pace for the first half and then put the foot down for the second half if you’re feeling good…and smiling is not optional but essential to stay positive and yes its supposed to be fun 😀

Can someone post up the results as the boss wants to see times….

Thanks, Tadgh and all those supporting us as we went past Garda HQ. Some of even managed to smile. I’d say those running alongside us were wondering who the mad ones were!
