Following on from Dave’s November Swim Challenge! Let’s get out running in December. There are loads of festive runs to choose from, many of which are for good causes. I have put together a short list of races where you can focus on quickening your pace or just to keep the body ticking over before the hard pre-season work kicks off in January.
