Eh Moody, we don’t all put the turbo on the lowest resistance and cycle at “35km/h” for an hour. Judging by your form on the weekend you should be logging 20km/h on the turbo 😛
Who cares what points we get for each, it’s all about consistency 😛
I’d be more alarmed that beginners are doing 25km runs or training everyday of the week which is not sustainable and maybe we need to do a little training talk for New to Tri?
@paul …. in fairness – we are not babysitters nor do we know what the real level of people putting themselves as beginner “triathletes” (they could be accomplished runners etc) …. or what they are training for/goals … could be a spring marathon which would make high mid week mileage correct….
We have done as much as we can for the little baby fish … they have to be responsible for their own training now…..
Wow! It was a photo finish in the end!! Great work everyone!! The top 5 were:
Kevin Beades 641
antje danneberg 639
Anthony Mulholland 573
Steven Moody 540
Siobhan Forman 520
It’ll stand to you when the racing season comes in! I hope it was a little bit of extra motivation to get you out the door (or on the turbo) in freezing February!
