    Tuesday – UCD
    1500m loop warm up
    Session:
    – 3km (half marathon pace) 2min rec,
    1500m (10km effort) 2.30 rec
    3km (half marathon pace)
    4 by 200m fast, 1min rec

    Marathon Group-
    5 by 3km with a 2min recovery, half marathon paced effort

    Thursday:
    10min jog warm up, drills and strides
    – 6 by 1km with 2min rec, 5km effort

    Marathon group
    25 by 200m, jog 100m recovery

    Marathon group other days
    -60mins easy with 6 by 100m fast turn over strides, walk back recovery
    – Long run, 2 hours 20mins, easy, relaxed pace
    – Bonus Day (Day 5) 40mins relaxed
