Cycle from Westwood to Carlow Sunday May 19

With Carlow Sprint Tri on Sunday there will be no improvers/advanced spins from Westwood.

Instead, for people who want to ride to Carlow and support club members who are racing, then cycle back, we will gather at 7am Sunday morning at Westwood for the 88k ride down.

Depending on numbers we will have a faster and slower group, the race starts at 12:30 and estimated ride time is over 4 hours each way.

Reach out to club members if you’d like someone to bring a bag down with shoes etc or carry them in a backpack.
