Club spins Sunday October 18th

This Sunday and going forward we will try to have three groups, improvers, intermediate and advanced, so there’s a group and a pace for all of us.

Departure this Sunday is 08:30 from Westwood and we’ll keep it Northside, heading out to Naul with the advanced group going further but all keeping it within Dublin.

Adam will take advanced, Fintan the intermediate and Noel the improvers group.

Remember to add your details to the sign up sheet and bring water and fuel for a fun ride with the club.
